I LOVE Braganza! I have been to many different bubble tea places, but there is nothing like this place! The drinks are so yummy and taste so fresh! The customer service is always so helpful in deciding what to get! And they are always so kind and I can see they really care about Braganza and their customers! Whenever I'm in Olympia I always stop by to get a drink! My personal favorite is the Taro and straw taro smoothie! I recommend this place to everyone!

So my son asks every time I begrudgingly go to the mall for boba tea. I say begrudgingly because I am not a mall person. Normally I wouldn't glance at the tea place because of his dairy restrictions but this time I saw a sign that said dairy free options. I explained to the staff my concerns and they cleaned a blender from scratch to ensure no dairy in it. The guy was super patient, giving us great opinions on taste even with a huge line behind me. They make the boba fresh every 4 hours and you can tell. I got the black tea lightly sweetened with classic boba and my son got taro with almondmilk and jelly pieces. Turns out he is not a taro fan but he like poking the straw! So it wouldn't deter me from getting it again for me as both were delicious. I would say even if a line, the tea is made fast, and give it a try. It's fun to walk and sip and it makes a crowded mall experience better

I've been coming here for years and will sometimes stop by the mall just for Braganza. It's always super busy but the girls at the front are very quick and sweet. Most of the drinks are consistently good (I don't like the fruit teas as they taste either watery or overly sweet depending on who makes it -- much prefer the blended drinks) and cheaper than other options around. The black boba has always tasted fresh when I've ordered. The pudding is awesome I also like that new drink and topping options are occasionally added. Please don't raise your prices
